    Gross Motor Play

    Moving for Confidence and Health

Gross motor activities are more than just play—they help children build strength, stamina, and coordination while boosting confidence and laying the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. These activities also improve spatial awareness and teach respect for physical boundaries, making movement an essential part of learning and growth!
