    Wellness Wednesday Series

    This series will walk you through different activities that you can participate in to add positive health behaviors into your day. In preparation for the Wellness workshop on Wednesday, March 29, the Office of Health & Wellness and Student Health Care Center ask you submit any health and wellness questions (topics such as body odor, STI’s, birth control, gyn exam, anything!) in advance. Your name will not be said when the questions are answered. Privacy is of the utmost importance and we want to ensure you that you can confidently ask your questions. So ask away! You will also have the opportunity to ask questions during the workshop. Send questions by Thursday, March 23, 2023 to joy.allison@baruch.cuny.edu.
