Join us every Monday for a 30 minute reset to slow down, get present, and be intentional in a safe space and in community at we mindfully set the tome to move through the week.

Wellness Wednesday: An entrepreneurial reset

The entrepreneurial journey can be a taxing experience. Join us in a guided “ entrepreneurial reset,” supporting your overall health and wellness through light body movements and mindfulness practices.
Yoga mats and pillows for stretching, and bottled water will be provided.
Bring comfy clothes!
