    Assistive Technology Return

Student Disability Services Assistive Technology return will follow the protocol established by Baruch for return of library loans.

If any of these four statements pertain to you, the AT should be returned:

    • You are a Baruch student who has just graduated (congratulations!)
    • You are NOT planning to return to Baruch next semester
    • You can no longer hold on to the AT for personal reasons
    • You are NOT planning to use it when you return to Baruch next semester

Returning AT to Baruch SDS – Two options: Drop Off or Ship

    1. Drop-Off on Campus

We can arrange for someone from SDS to be on campus to meet you if you would like to come to campus to drop it off.  If that is the best option for you, please contact us in advance at disability.services@baruch.cuny.edu so we can schedule a drop off time that works for everyone.

    2. Ship to us

If you plan to ship equipment to us, please contact us in advance at disability.services@baruch.cuny.edu

AT can be mailed to the following address:

    Baruch College/ Student Disability Services
    Attention Ron Bissessar, NVC 2-272
    55 Lexington Avenue
    New York, NY 10010

Please consider purchasing insurance to cover the replacement cost of the item; the cost to insure an item up to $100 is $2.85. Retain the tracking number and track to ensure the package has arrived.

If you have a laptop or calculator or another costly device, please use a shipping service that provides detailed tracking information and insurance. We recommend that you also require signature confirmation of delivery.
