Housing & Residence Life
Where you live while you’re in college can change your entire experience. Living in the residence hall enhances and enriches your college journey and Baruch students have the opportunity maximize this experience!
Baruch Housing is located at 569 Lexington Ave, New York, NY 10022 (on 51st Street and Lexington Avenue). We are here to offer support and assist in guiding you through the housing process. The application process is highly competitive, and housing is not guaranteed.

The Spring 2025 Housing Application will be available on this page on Wednesday, October 30.
Space is extremely limited for the spring semester, and the application page will only be available for a limited time.
Priority will be given to students out-of-state, or more than 30 miles from campus.
We will post the waitlist form once we need to move to a waitlist.

CANCELLATION
Once a student signs the license agreement, they are locked into Housing at Baruch for Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 (August 2024-May 2025) and responsible for the full housing costs for both semesters. If a student cancels after they have signed the license agreement, they will be charged the following fees:
- If a student cancels before July 31: Cancellation fee is $1,000.
- If a student cancels between August 1-August 15: Cancellation fee is $2,000.
- If a student cancels after August 15: Cancellation fee is $3,000.
If a student cancels their spring semester housing after November 15, they will be responsible for the full spring housing costs. If they cancel before November 15, they will be responsible for the $3,000 cancellation fee.
Rooms are assigned on a first come, first served basis, with priority given to students out-of-state, or more than 30 miles from campus. Any specific requests (roommate preferences, type of room, etc.) will be honored as possible, but is not guaranteed.
