Room Type and Pricing for Fall 2023/Spring 2024

To live in Baruch housing, students sign a contract for the academic year which includes the Fall and Spring semesters. Prior to the beginning of the Fall and Spring semester, students who have been placed in housing will be billed for housing using CUNYFirst. Payment for the housing fee follows the deadlines for tuition payment. The prices listed below are per student. This means each student in a double would pay the price listed. Students are able to remain in their room over the winter break. Move out is 24 hours after your last final, but not past the date specified in your contract. Baruch does not offer housing during the summer.

Standard Double

A double (two-person) shared room. The room is furnished with two twin XL size beds, a closet, and two desks and chairs. The room includes an ensuite bathroom.
$7,250 per semester/$14,500 for the academic year (Sept – May).

Deluxe Double

A double (two-person) shared room. The room is furnished with two twin XL size beds, two dressers, a closet, and two desks and chairs. The room includes a kitchen and an ensuite bathroom.
$7,750 per semester/$15,500 for the academic year (Sept – May).

Standard Single*

This is a room designed for two people, but with only one occupant. The room is furnished with two twin XL size beds, a closet, and two desks and chairs. The room includes an ensuite bathroom.
$14,500 per semester/$29,000 for the academic year (Sept – May).

Deluxe Single*

This is a room designed for two people, but with only one occupant. The room is furnished with two twin XL size beds, two dressers, a closet, and two desks and chairs. The room includes a kitchen and an ensuite bathroom.
$15,500 per semester/$30,000 for the academic year (Sept – May).

*Single rooms are in limited supply.
