Early Learning Center

The Baruch College Early Learning Center (ELC) provides childcare services to CUNY students who would otherwise not be able to attend college without these services. The Center is deeply committed to helping parents remain enrolled and progress to graduation. To assist student parents with their successful journey through higher education, the Center is committed to providing reliable, high-quality children services, allowing students to achieve their degrees, while strengthening families and uplifting the wider community. As part of its Mission, the Center provides a developmentally appropriate learning environment for infants and children through 5 years-old, with referral and intervention services when needed. The Center also offers a range of family support services to improve the lives of student-parents.
