Student Life Mascot Try-Outs

What You’ll Do

• Perform as the Baruch mascot at campus events and celebrations
• Help create an exciting and welcoming atmosphere for students and guests
• Represent Student Life and Baruch College with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Participate in trainings and event preparations as needed

Eligibility & Benefits

• Open to currently enrolled Baruch students
• Must be reliable, energetic, and comfortable performing in costume
• Limited to 5 students
• Selected students will receive a stipend

How to Apply

Submit a 1–2-minute video:

• Telling us why you should be selected as a Student Life mascot
• Highlighting how you demonstrate Bearcat pride and school spirit
• Showing us your creativity, energy, and enthusiasm

Get creative! We encourage you to use props, wear Baruch gear, showcase your talents, involve friends, or create a mini pep rally to show us your Bearcat spirit.

Applicants will be assessed on:

• School spirit and enthusiasm
• Creativity and engagement
• Communication and performance skills
• Reliability and professionalism
