Baruch Officer Leadership Training (BOLT)

Baruch Officer Leadership Training (BOLT) will equip your executive officers with skills that will not only enhance their leadership potential, but also help you to start planning and coordinating events! The workshops are designed for executive officers only. The President and Treasurer must complete the workshop, but additional members of the E-Board or leadership team may also complete it. AGAIN, completion is mandatory!

Once you have registered your club on MyBaruch and it has been approved, the President and Treasurer will be sent email with a personalized link to take the BOLT virtual workshop. The email will be sent to your Baruchmail address that you registered with on MyBaruch.

It may feel overwhelming to already begin thinking about the upcoming academic year. Take a deep breath! These modules are meant to equip you to successfully lead your club while you are in your club role.  Student Life takes leadership development very seriously, and we look forward to partnering with your leadership team to make 2024-25 a very successful and enjoyable year for your club and also for the Baruch College Community.
