All funds collected for club use must be deposited with the Office of Student Life. |
Deposit the funds with the Office of Student Life. |
| Within one week, send the deposit paperwork to your advisor. | |

Important Requirements
- No funds should be held by any club officer or member.
- All funds should be deposited with the Office of Student Life immediately after the fundraiser.
- Failure to follow this process may result in disciplinary action and/or the revocation of club privileges.
