Student Disability Services Proctoring – In Person Classes
If a student is registered with Student Disability Services and has extended time for an exam which cannot be accommodated in the classroom, the student and professor should complete a Request for Exam Proctoring. The completed Request should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or hand delivered to SDS VC2-272 at your earliest convenience. Evening and weekend students should discuss with their instructor an alternate time to take the exam Monday – Friday, and professors should indicate the alternate time on the form.
On receipt of this request, we email the professor to confirm exam details and ask that the exam be emailed to email@example.com or hand delivered to NVC2-272. We also email the student confirming the date and time of the exam once we receive confirmation from the professor. The student should go to Student Disability Services, NVC 2-272 on that date. If possible, arrive 15 minutes before the exam is scheduled to begin.
When the student finishes the exam, we scan it and email to the professor. Please, DO NOT email exams to any email address other than firstname.lastname@example.org
