The Starr Career Development Center’s award-winning Career-Focused Pedagogy Brightspace Site aims to better equip Baruch undergraduate faculty from all disciplines, teaching modalities, and class sizes, in assisting students become career ready. Moreover, the Site supports the following Baruch College Strategic Priority Areas — “Promote Excellence in Research and Impactful Teaching” and “Strengthen Our Collaborative and Engaged Community” — by fostering pedagogical innovation and offering professional development opportunities for faculty and staff.
