Your College Career

To guide you in your career plans while you are a student at Baruch, the SCDC has developed a plan for your college career. As you go through each stage, specific activities are identified as appropriate for your progress in college.

The Baruch College Starr Track: Your Path to Career Success is a process that begins in childhood and continues throughout life. You may change your job and your career several times as your needs and interests evolve. Recent projections suggest that an individual may change jobs 10 or more times and have as many as 6 or 7 different careers throughout their working lives. While you are in college, you are acquiring the skills and experiences that will form an important part of the foundation for your future career(s).
