Success Amplified is dedicated to supporting Black and LatinX students’ success by delivering culturally responsive programming that builds upon its core pillars of community, identity development, and mentorship. Success Amplified provides students with professional development opportunities and a head start on their career preparation during Success in Your Career, the second-year portion of the overall program. Success in Your Career students are supported and guided throughout the academic year with one-on-one, personalized guidance by Starr staff as well as student Peer Coaches.
