Financial Leadership
Mission
The Financial Leadership Program (FLP) is dedicated to the professional development and advancement of high-potential juniors and sophomores interested in careers in finance. The FLP is sponsored by the Starr Career Development (SCDC) offering pre-professional training, leadership and development for high-achieving students at Baruch College with a strong desire to succeed.
The program’s mission is to increase recruiting for Baruch’s diverse and talented students into top financial analyst programs across industries. By providing intensive training on technical, leadership, and professional skills to a select group of top-performing sophomores and juniors, FLP has a history of cultivating successful finance professionals.
FLP has helped students gain entry into premier financial analyst programs at major Wall Street firms such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, UBS, and Credit Suisse among others.
The Financial Leadership Program is proudly sponsored through the generosity of The Shulman Family Charitable Fund, Darren Smith, and the support of 600+ FLP Alumni around the globe.
