The Club Co-Starr Program was founded in its original form by Starr’s Deputy Director, Ingrid Tineo, in 1998. The program was renamed, “The Club Co-Starr Program” in 2022. Assistant Director, Alicia Celcis, is responsible for spearheading this effort and proudly calls participating clubs, “Co-Starrs”.

The main purpose of the Club Co-Starr Program is multi-pronged and supports three main constituents:

• Undergraduate Clubs: Supports the Professional and Leadership Development of undergraduate clubs and their executives through the co-sponsorship of career-related events, workshops, and career coaching.
• Recruiting Employers: Offers recruiting partners an opportunity to build their brand on campus and connect with our undergraduate clubs and organizations and helps Starr
• Baruch’s Starr Career Development Center: Keeps track of, highlights and facilitates both long standing and new career related collaborations between Starr and undergraduate orgs/clubs.

For Undergraduate Clubs

• Club Co-Starr Registration Form: Fill out this form to officially register your club, update your club information and/or to receive the annual Constellation: Club Co-Starr Directory. Recommended to fill out once a semester and at least once a year.
• Club Event Request for Starr Co-Sponsorship Form: Fill out this form to request Starr as a co-sponsor and/or to request our Bearcat Wardrobe and livestreaming support. Fill out any time and as needed, although it is recommended to fill at least 30 days in advance to ensure availability of all resources.

For Recruiting Employer Partners

• Employer Interest Form: Fill out this form to receive a copy of the Constellation: The Club Co-Starr Directory as well as to share your interest in being listed in the Constellation Club Co-Starr Directory, to RSVP for the Club Co-Starr Orientation w/Company Meet & Greet, to express your availability in being a panelist or guest speaker, and/or to get your opportunity or workshop published in the Headliner: The Club Co-Starr Online Career Newsletter.
